By recruiting with Inova Staffing, we assume the hiring risk and reduce administrative tasks for your HR team. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them, and you have not made the investment of hiring them onto your payroll. We cover workers’ compensation and unemployment costs. All senior Inova Staffing employees are certified by the ASA and receive ongoing training by obtaining CE credits. We can be a resource for you when questions arise about staffing and employment.

 Inova Staffing is a full-service staffing company, and we handle positions in all areas of clerical, professional, industrial and trades. By having a broad base of applicants, as well as various recruiting resources, we can meet your needs in most areas of your business.

The cost to your business will vary based on several factors, including account volume, workers’ comp risks, and lead time for our staffing managers. Inova Staffing is committed to providing quality employees to your company at a competitive price.

Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. Inova Staffing will receive details, needs, and requirements of the position directly from you. This way, we only send the most qualified applicants for your needs. 

You will be asked to complete a credit application and provide wage information as well as a job description for the position. We will provide a confirmation/engagement letter to you and information about our services and our policies.

The time frame for successfully finding an employee will vary based on our current candidate base and your specific needs. We are committed to sending the most qualified applicants. You may decide to look at the most-qualified applicants and do an interview, or we can fill a position based on the qualifications you provide.

  A background check is performed on every applicant. We have additional client-specific screens and tests that can be administered upon request. Inova Staffing can provide these services as well as meet any other needs you might have for background or security checks.

We realize not every job is a fit for every person, and sometimes that is not clear until the person starts working. Our contract-to-hire program provides an opportunity for you to see an employee in the work setting and determine if they are a good fit. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can locate a more suitable applicant. We also offer permanent placement services and provide guarantees based on the established contract for each client.
